| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 12, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 13, 2019, which directed the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment on or before April 3, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeal by regular mail.
