| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 12, 2018, and to seal portions of the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended until July 8, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the surveillance video and still photographs that are the subject of the confidentiality agreement dated August 8, 2016, shall be filed under seal with the Clerk of this Court for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and shall remain sealed upon filing.
