The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Jessica Urdialez Vera, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency District, rendered October 5, 2018; to enlarge the time for appellant to file an affidavit of errors, and to "vacate any dismissals."

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal is denied with leave to renew upon the filing of an affidavit by appellant setting forth a potentially meritorious appeal.

The remaining branches of the motion are held in abeyance.
