DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2017-2031 Q CR
The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Frankie Thompson, Appellant.

Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered September 28, 2017. Assigned counsel submitted a brief in accordance with Anders v California (386 US 738 [1967]), in which she moved for leave to withdraw as counsel for appellant, and advised this court that appellant had not responded to correspondence sent to him by assigned counsel. Upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, and upon the motion by assigned counsel, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by assigned counsel to be relieved is granted.
