Application by Andrew M. Caruso, as administrator of the estate of Anita Caruso, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Anita Caruso, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 23, 2017, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Andrew M. Caruso, as administrator of the estate of Anita Caruso, is substituted for the deceased appellant Anita Caruso, and the caption is amended accordingly.
