Appeals having been taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 17, 2017 and on or about September 12, 2016, And defendants having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect their appeal taken from the aforesaid order entered on or about September 12, 2016 (M-1701),And plaintiffs having moved for a further enlargement of time to perfect their appeal taken from the aforesaid order entered on or about March 17, 2017 (M-1703), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motions are granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals to the October 2019 Term.
