Defendant having moved pursuant to CPLR 5704(a) for certain relief denied by a Justice of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, and vacating an order of the same court, entered on or about April 15, 2019, which declined to sign an order to show cause seeking removal of a Housing Court proceeding between the parties, and consolidating it with the above captioned personal injury action, and changing the venue of the consolidated action from Bronx County to New York County, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
