Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 30, 2019, which dismissed an appeal from a decision of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 25, 2019, on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision and to stay enforcement of certain provisions of the decision, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
