| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to deem confidential certain material in the administrative record and the respondents' appendix in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 26, 2018. Separate motion by the petitioner to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Volume B2, Tab E of Volume B3, Tabs A-C of Volume B4, and Volumes B6-B12 in the administrative record, as well as the respondents' appendix, are deemed confidential and shall not be available for public viewing, but may be viewed by the parties to the proceeding, counsel appearing on their behalf, or representatives of counsel authorized by counsel in writing to view the confidential material; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until June 28, 2019, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
