SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by Scott Mitchell Unger from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated October 23, 2017. Pursuant to § 670.4(a) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a]), it is

ORDERED that within 60 days of the date of this order, the appellant shall perfect the appeal or submit an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing the appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant is directed to provide copies of the transcripts to all of the other parties to the appeal, including the attorney for the child, if any, when the appellant's brief is served upon those parties; and it is further,

ORDERED that if the appeal has not been perfected or withdrawn within 60 days of the date of this order, the Clerk of this Court may issue an order dismissing the appeal.
