Motion by the appellant for the assignment of a Spanish interpreter to assist in the preparation of a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered September 29, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that an interpreter will be assigned upon designation by the Administrator for the Nassau County 18-B Panel, pursuant to County Law § 722.
