Respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered July 27, 2018, and October 11, 2018,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the Livingston County Conflict Defender, 6 Court Street, Room B-11, Geneseo, New York 14454, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Livingston County, provide the Livingston County Conflict Defender with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that the transcripts, if any, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Family Court, Livingston County, within 30 days of the date of this order, pursuant to Family Court Act § 1121 (7), and
It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Livingston County Family Court Clerk's Office.
