Motion by Michele Moore, inter alia, to deem "all documents" filed in connection with an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated January 31, 2017, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated June 29, 2018, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 30, 2019, to be filed in connection with an appeal from a decree of the same court dated July 17, 2018, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the decree.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the decree is granted and the time to perfect the appeal from the decree is extended until July 10, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the order dated January 31, 2017, and the decree will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
