Motion by Michele Moore to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated June 29, 2018, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 30, 2019, with an appeal from a decree of the same court dated July 17, 2018, and an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 18, 2018, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeal from the order dated June 29, 2018, with the other appeals and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 29, 2018, are denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the decree is granted and the time to perfect that appeal is extended until July 10, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated September 18, 2018, is granted and the time to perfect that appeal is extended until July 10, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
