| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal of an order of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated June 29, 2018, or, in the alternative, to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended until July 10, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the petitioner-appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
