Motion by the appellant to transfer appeals from three judgments of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, one rendered April 19, 2018, and two rendered May 3, 2018, to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination, and all further proceedings in connection with these appeals shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
