Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to reargue their prior motion, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 29, 2017, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 4, 2019, or, in the alternative, pursuant to CPLR 2001 to deem prior applications pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated December 4, 2017, to request an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 29, 2017, or, in the alternative, to apply former rule 22 NYCRR 670.8 and grant an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the order, nunc pro tunc.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
