| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to be furnished with "all transcripts" on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 29, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary with respect to the transcripts of the proceedings of any pretrial hearings, of the plea of guilty or of the trial, and of the imposition of sentence in this action, in light of the decision and order on motion of this court dated July 25, 2018, and otherwise denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers specifying the dates to the other proceedings, if any, to be transcribed.
