| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion, inter alia, to deem the notice of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 18, 2018, to reflect that the defendants Jahana Momtaj and Gleen Rock, Inc., are appellants and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal to reflect that the defendants Jahana Momtaj and Gleen Rock, Inc., are appellants is granted (see CPLR 2001); and it is further,
ORDERED the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended until July 11, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
