ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated June 10, 2019, is amended by deleting from the "Title" entry concerning the above-entitled matter the title "Bedford Gardens Company, L.P. v Bedford Gardens Supermarket" and substituting therefor the title "Bed-Ross Grocery, LLC v Bedford Gardens Company, L.P."
