Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 4, 2019, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as directed the appellant to vacate her office located at 173-20 Jamaica Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11435, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
