| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 23, 2018, and an order of the same court entered March 21, 2018, in effect, to stay enforcement of the judgment pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that is not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeal from the judgment is extended until July 15, 2019.
