Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered August 7, 2018, and November 30, 2018, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, so much of an order on application of this Court, entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time" dated June 7, 2019, as extended the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered November 30, 2018, is recalled and vacated; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended until July 30, 2019.
