DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, two entered March 29, 2018, and one entered September 11, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered March 5, 2019, to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, and all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, to consolidate the appeals, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders also to be filed in connection with the appeals from the order and judgment, to limit the issues raised on the appeals to the issues raised in the briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders also to be filed in connection with the appeals from the order and judgment, to limit the issues raised on the appeals to the issues raised in the briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment are granted, and on or before July 8, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the parties shall correct the covers of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of this Court to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-05035 and file digital copies of the record and briefs with corrected covers; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
