| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 17, 2018, to relieve the attorney for the child, and to appoint a new attorney for the child. Separate motion by the respondent to impose a sanction upon the appellant and his counsel, and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee, in connection with the appellant's motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
