| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by BenTzion A. and Chananel A. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated May 7, 2019, and to stay enforcement of the order and continue the mother's supervised visitation with the subject children, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that enforcement of the order dated May 7, 2019, is stayed and visitation between the mother and the subject children shall continue to be supervised by Safe Horizon or another appropriate agency in accordance with the terms of visitation in effect immediately before the order dated May 7, 2019, was issued.
