| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Jawwad K. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 23, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 22, 2019, the respondent-appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until May 21, 2019. The respondent-appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
