It is hereby ORDERED that the application insofar as it seeks an extension to perfect appeal No.1 is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is extended to September 16, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
It is hereby ORDERED that the application insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal No. 2 is dismissed as premature (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]).
