Motion by Mark Destefano to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief in a matter which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 18, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until June 28, 2019, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
