DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant-respondent to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 30, 2019, pending hearing and determination of an appeal and a cross appeal from the order, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of stated portions of the order dated April 30, 2019, is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied as unnecessary in light of the order on certification of this Court dated June 7, 2019.
