Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered February 24, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before August 16, 2019; and it is further
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by August 16, 2019, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such motion in person; and it is further
ORDERED that no further enlargements shall be granted.
