DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 10, 2018, and for leave to file an unredacted expert's affidavit for in camera inspection by the Justices assigned to hear the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until July 19, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file an unredacted expert's affidavit for in camera inspection by the Justices assigned to hear the appeal is granted and on or before July 19, 2019, the respondent shall file a supplemental record containing the unredacted expert's affidavit, under seal, with the Clerk of this Court, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and that supplemental record shall remain sealed upon delivery; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
