Appeal by Lawrence Turner from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated November 27, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 26, 2019, the appellant was directed to serve and file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material on or before May 28, 2019. By scheduling order of this Court dated April 10, 2019, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until May 13, 2019. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit or affirmation.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 26, 2019.
