An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 12, 2019, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order staying enforcement of the aforementioned order, which granted plaintiff-respondent's request for a final award of attorney's fees, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, And interim relief having been granted by an order of a Justice of this Court dated May 30, 2019, granting an interim stay conditioned on defendant posting an undertaking in the amount of $72,000 on or before June 3, 2019 at 5:00 p.m., Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of the parties hereto, dated June 6, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeal from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 12, 2019, and

the motion for a stay pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, are both deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation. The interim relief granted by order of a Justice of this Court dated May 30, 2019 is vacated. ENTERED: June 20, 2019
