Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 4, 2017, which dismissed his appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 8, 2016, and to reinstate the appeal. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 2, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
