| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 3, 2017, and appeals from two orders of the same court dated October 27, 2017, and January 5, 2018, respectively, to dismiss portions of the appeals from the orders entered August 3, 2017, and October 27, 2017, on the ground that those portions have been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
