Appeal by Jonathan Ramos-Hernandez from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated January 25, 2019. By order to show cause dated April 10, 2019, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10; 450.15).
