ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated October 29, 2018 and for an extension of time to perfect said appeal is granted, without costs, the dismissal of said appeal is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect said appeal is extended to September 26, 2019, and is further

ORDERED that the motion for consolidation is denied, without costs, as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [f] [3]).
