Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay discovery in the above-entitled action and the deposition of certain nonparty witnesses, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 2, 2019, to quash certain subpoenas, for an award of costs, and, in effect, for summary reversal.
