Motion by the appellants Westerly Enterprises, L.P., and Westerly Marina, Inc., to vacate a portion of preliminary injunction contained in an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 4, 2019, or, in the alternative, to direct the respondent to post an undertaking in the sum of $100,000.
