On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 12, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, two entered March 29, 2018, and one entered September 11, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered March 5, 2019, is amended by adding to the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "and the notice of appeal for the order and judgment" following the words "containing the order and judgment."
