DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Tzifil Realty Corp., Appellant, v Marisol Rodriguez, Respondent.

Motion by appellant to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 27, 2018 (appeal No. 2018-1956 K C) with an appeal from an order of that court entered September 7, 2018 (appeal No. 2018-2396 K C).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are consolidated under appeal No. 2018-1956 K C; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated December 10, 2018 is continued on condition that the consolidated appeal be perfected by April 5, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the consolidated appeal is not perfected on or before April 5, 2019, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
