The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Donald Vanderveer, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, rendered November 30, 2015, and for this court to take judicial notice of various Town of East Hampton code provisions.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking a preference in the calendaring of the appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to have this court take judicial notice of various Town of East Hampton code provisions is denied without prejudice to appellant seeking that relief in his brief on appeal.
