Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue the branches of the respondent's prior motion which were to disqualify Thomas Liotti and Law Offices of Thomas F. Liotti, LLC, from representing the appellant on appeals from five orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, one dated March 16, 2018, and four entered June 4, 2018, August 2, 2018, October 17, 2018, and October 25, 2018, respectively. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from the order dated March 16, 2018, the orders entered June 4, 2018, August 2, 2018, October 17, 2018, and an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 10, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary as to the appeal from the order entered October 25, 2018, as counsel has not been disqualified on that appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated March 16, 2018, the orders entered June 4, 2018, August 2, 2018, October 17, 2018, and the order entered October 10, 2018, is extended until July 25, 2019.
