Motion by Sally Hansen, Inc., and Coty US, LLC, and separate motion by CCA Industries, Inc., inter alia, in effect, to dismiss appeals from nine orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 13, 2017 (six orders), October 12, 2017, March 27, 2018, and May 17, 2018, respectively. Application by Deborah Kopald to withdraw the appeals from the orders dated June 13, 2017, October 12, 2017, and March 27, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a) the appeal from order dated May 17, 2018, is deemed dismissed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals from the orders dated June 13, 2017, October 12, 2017, and March 27, 2018, are deemed withdrawn; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are denied as academic.
