An order having been entered on October 25, 2018, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Philip Rothschild, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on December 10, 2018, substituting Linda M. Campbell, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Linda M. Campbell, Esq., dated June 13, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Diana G. Cunningham, Esq., PO Box 63, Skaneateles, New York 13152, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered September 17, 2018, in place and stead of Linda M. Campbell, Esq.; and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of appellant's brief, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Onondaga County, is hereby directed to provide Diana G. Cunningham, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 26, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
