Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Mark D. Funk, Esq., dated June 20, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Christine F. Redfield, Esq., 400 Linden Oaks, Suite 110, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered February 13, 2019, in place and stead of Mark D. Funk, Esq.; and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of appellant's brief, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Monroe County, is hereby directed to provide Christine F. Redfield, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to August 26, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
