Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 18, 2017, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 3, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
