DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Anthony C. Coluzzi for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Coluzzi was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 24, 1993. By decision and order on motion dated February 19, 2014, this Court immediately suspended the respondent from the practice of law pursuant to former 22 NYCRR 691.4(l)(1)(ii) and (iii) upon a finding that he was guilty of professional misconduct immediately threatening the public interest based upon his admissions and other uncontroverted evidence of misconduct. By opinion and order dated June 24, 2015, Mr. Coluzzi was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years, effective immediately.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Anthony C. Coluzzi's character and fitness to practice law.
