a suspended attorney.

(Attorney Registration No. 3905783)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Anna Feldman for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ms. Feldman was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 7, 2001. By opinion and order of this Court dated September 10, 2014, Ms. Feldman was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, effective October 10, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2016, Ms. Feldman's first motion for reinstatement was denied. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2017, Ms. Feldman's second motion for reinstatement was denied as premature. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2017, Ms. Feldman's third motion for reinstatement was denied.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Anna Feldman does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law, as her application for reinstatement failed to address the issues raised in connection with the denial of her first motion for reinstatement, as set forth in the report of a Subcommittee of the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Ninth Judicial District dated November 2, 2015.

SCHEINKMAN, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and BALKIN, JJ., concur.
